HILLARY HOFFMAN - DIRECTOR
Ms. Hoffman has been dancing since the age of 11. She started at Coppell House of Dance training in jazz, ballet, pointe, hip-hop, and lyrical. To continue her dance training after high school she went on to become a Kilgore College Rangerette for two years. While on Rangerettes, Ms. Hoffman performed at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2003 as well as the Presidential Black Tie and Boots Ball in 2005. Ms. Hoffman also appeared with her two sisters on the cover of the September issue of Texas Monthly proudly representing the Rangerettes in 2004. Other performances include Dallas Cowboy games, the Cotton Bowl halftime performance, and other local parades and appearances around the East Texas area.
Ms. Hoffman received her degree in dance from Texas Woman’s University with a concentration in modern and ballet. While dancing in the department at TWU she studied under major artist such as Mary Williford-Shade, Sarah Gamblin, Michael Foley, Larry Keigwin and Amy O’Neil.
Ms. Hoffman enjoys teaching all styles of dance but has a great passion for drill team and is thrilled to be in her third year with the Sun Dancers.
